Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. Our site confirms the acceptance of his order to the customer at the e-mail address that he will have communicated. The sale will be concluded from the validation of the payment of the order, that is to say from the date of validation of the payment for the orders paid online by credit card.

The prices displayed online on the pages of the MATSUE TEA website are indicated in euros and deemed to be net, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and storage of the products.

They can be modified at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be invoiced on the basis in force when the order is recorded. All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. Any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.


For shipping costs, any order delivered to the same address in metropolitan France and less than or equal to 45€ of purchase on the MATSUE TEA site will generate shipping costs:

Delivery costs are calculated taking into account the weight of the package and its place of destination.

Customs duties may be requested to be paid, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

We deliver to your home or to a pick-up point depending on availability. The delivery time includes the manufacturing time for the prints, the preparation of the package, plus the shipping time. The buyer is informed by e-mail of the different stages of the follow-up of his order: that of preparation and that of delivery.


The articles supplied by our site are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the publishers and suppliers referenced.

If an item is defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 15 working days, from receipt of the items, to request an exchange or a refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.

The customer must return the new or unconsumed items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice ). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, we are required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of the return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

The return shipping costs are then your responsibility.

In case of reimbursement, we guarantee that it is made within a period less than or equal to 14 days following the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.

The transfer of ownership of the products to the benefit of the purchaser will only be carried out after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of the said products. On the other hand, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products will only be carried out upon delivery and receipt of the said products by the purchaser.
